Andrej Ciho

I live in Atlanta, GA with my wife Jessica, our 5 children, a dog and two cats.

I've earned a level 1 certificate in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from the Allender Center at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and am currently enrolled in their level 2 certificate program.

It gives me life and it's an honor to get to join you on your journey towards healing.

Note: While our conversations will feel therapeutic at times, I am not a licensed therapist.

What is Story Work?

The healing and wholeness we so deeply long for can only happen if we dare to wade into our past stories of pain and heartache, stories of shame and fear. Story work is the process of engaging our stories with kindness and curiosity, naming ourselves and others correctly - and allowing the truth to set us free.

Being truly known, feeling truly felt, seen, heard... these are the gifts of Story Work I would like to invite you to step into.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your rate? How much does it cost?

While I've mentored and coached a number of individuals for a while, I've only recently started formalizing this calling into a practice. So in this season of developing my practice, the answer to this question is PWYW (Pay What You Wish).

Do you work with anyone?

Yes. In our first meeting (in person or virtual) we will both feel out how our personalities mesh together to determine if we're a good fit for each other.

Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?

No. I know that a lot of people have been harmed by Christians and I try to provide a safe space for healing of this particular kind of harm too. In answering this question honestly I also need to mention that a lot of the concepts I use in my story work approach are rooted in the Christian faith.

Do you take insurance?

As mentioned above, I'm not a licensed therapist so our work together won't be covered by health insurance companies.
